Fruit and vegetable cleaning machine mainly removes pesticide residues and bacteria on the surface of fruits and vegetables through technologies such as electrolysis of water, ozone oxidation, ultrasonic cleaning and bubble water bath. Its core principle is to use physical or chemical effects to decompose pollutants.
Main working principle
Electrolysis water technology
Water is decomposed into hydrogen and oxygen through electrochemical reactions, and the small bubbles produced can remove dirt and pesticide residues on the surface of fruits and vegetables. Hydroxyl ions can also destroy the molecular structure of pesticides, but it should be noted that soaking for too long may affect the taste.
Ozone oxidation
The ozone generator produces highly oxidizing ozone, which dissolves in water to form ozone water, which can quickly degrade pesticide molecules and kill bacteria. However, the ozone concentration needs to be controlled to avoid irritation to the human respiratory system.
Ultrasonic cleaning
High-frequency vibration loosens dirt, and combined with ionized water to enhance the cleaning effect. Ultrasonic cavitation can accelerate the dissolution of pesticides, but high power may damage the skin of fruits and vegetables.
Bubble water bath technology
The surface stains are washed away by physical methods such as bubble explosion and water spray, which is suitable for leafy vegetables. Some equipment can add chemicals to assist disinfection and color fixation.
