Ouger has developed an innovative heat recovery system -- STR heat recovery system -- to address common pain points in commercial dishwashing facilities such as poor ventilation or the inability to install exhaust hoods due to limited space.
Dishwasher equipped with this technology produce almost zero stem during operation, effectively reducing humidity and heat levels in the dishwashing workspace. This significantly improves working conditions while protecting the facilities in the workspace from moisture-related damage.
How does it work?
The STR heat recovery system absorbs steam and heat emitted by the dishwasher into a condenser, where it is processed by a compressor. Meanwhile, clean cold water continuously flows into the unit, absorbs the heat from the condenser, and circulates back to the water tank. The condensation and purification device then releases fresh, cool air.
The STR heat recovery system can be installed with Ouger B series, G series, E series Dishwashers of various models.
