During operation, the tableware is fixed in a special basket frame with a grid and pushed by a conveyor track, allowing the basket frame to pass through the rinsing, high-temperature rinsing, drying and other areas in an intermittent step-by-step manner.

(1) Low breakage rate. The tableware is fixed in position within the grid basket frame, reducing the collision under the impact of water flow.

(2) Process integration. High-temperature water rinsing at 80-95℃ can decompose oil stains. Combined with a hot air drying system, it achieves an integrated process of cleaning, sterilization and drying.

(3) Automated control. The preset program automatically adjusts parameters such as water temperature and cleaning time. The operator only needs to load and unload the basket frame.
