The Ouger Robotic Intelligent Dishwasher is a new generation of high-performance dishwasher. It handles the entire process-from tableware collection, automatic chopstick and spoon cleaning and sorting, and automatic kitchen waste disposal, to automatic loading, washing, disinfecting, drying, and finally sorting and packaging. The entire workflow is unmanned and standardized, making it an extremely efficient AI-powered dishwasher.
Component and Function

Dual-layered Tableware Recovery Line
The lower conveyor belt connects to the washing system, allowing tableware to be sent directly to the machine for cleaning and disinfection. The upper conveyor belt transports tableware to the backup storage bin. The main conveyor belt can be optionally equipped with a small-item drop-in cabinet or a dedicated chopstick and spoon conveyor line.
Waste Separation Unit & Deslagging
Separates scraps, bowls/dishes, and trays from returned tableware.Scraps are flushed into an external bin with an inclined conveyor, then crushed. Final scrap moisture is only 20%.
During peak hours, the upper belt sends trays to an intelligent storage unit after separation. The unit holds up to 1,000 trays using lifts with counting function. When the belt is idle, a mechanism pushes trays one by one to the lower return belt for washing.


Self-adjusting Unit
- Bowl & dish sorting system: Separates trays, large bowls, small bowls/dishes on one belt divided into 3-4 zones. Spray from different angles adjusts orientation.
- Automatic loading system: Trays and bowls/dishes are loaded automatically by precise ratio. Trays slide obliquely into wash belt. Bowls/dishes are separated by gap adjuster, then sprayed at precise angles to ensure proper loading.
- Automatic scrap discharge: Scraps from spray zones are carried up by inclined conveyor to discharge port.
Washing & Drying Line
The machine consists of multiple washing zones, rinsing and isolation zones, and multiple drying zones. It adopts a high-power stainless steel centrifugal pump for powerful water flushing, along with extended spray pipes. High-temperature and high-pressure hot water ensures thorough cleaning with no dead corners.
For rinsing, purified water heated to above 85°C is used, which is pressurized by a steam accumulator and then sprayed in a mist form.
For drying, the machine employs an optical-electric far-infrared high-temperature drying system with high thermal conversion efficiency. Electrical energy is quickly converted into far-infrared radiation that penetrates the surface of tableware passing through the chamber, providing comprehensive disinfection and sterilization. The drying temperature is adjustable from 0 to 450°C, and the system saves one-third of the electricity compared to traditional models.


Tableware Sorting & Dispensing System
- Vision system: Detects damage, cleanliness, size, and color. Robotic arm pushes each item to designated channel.
- Automatic sorting & boxing: Sorted items go to boxing system. Full box is pushed out, and an empty box drops from storage to filling position via belt.
- Filled boxes are picked up by an autonomous vehicle, which scans the item type and delivers to smart storage area.
Smart storage system
Moves items left/right and up/down to arrange at windows, uploads storage info for easy retrieval. User enters item type to retrieve. System includes intelligent warehouse management.
