Fully Automatic Chopstick Washing Machine

To address the issue of dishwashers being unable to clean chopsticks, and considering that most chopsticks used in canteens today are made of alloy, which can easily deform when exposed to high temperatures for extended periods, a fully automatic chopstick washing machine has been specially developed and produced. It is suitable for large corporate canteens, schools, hospitals, and government agencies that require the cleaning of a large number of tableware items.

The fully automatic chopstick washing machine uses a flat belt conveyor. A chopstick and spoon storage area is set up above the entrance, allowing the chopsticks and spoons to fall evenly one by one. Once they reach the conveyor belt, they enter the machine. The first area is the high-pressure hot water spray zone, where the chopsticks and spoons are scrubbed. They then proceed to the rinsing position, where they are rinsed with high-temperature clean water. Afterward, they go through a low-temperature drying section for rapid drying. The drying section features a sloping design that allows the chopsticks to roll due to gravity, enabling the drying fan to blow off any remaining water droplets from different angles. This process, combined with hot air at around 70 degrees Celsius, ensures thorough drying and disinfection before the chopsticks are finally discharged from the cleaning chamber. Upon exiting the chamber, there is a downward slide. Depending on the length of the chopsticks and spoons, the spoons first fall into a recycling bin. Then, the falling chopsticks reach a chopstick turning machine, which uses the principle of gravity to align the chopsticks based on their size and weight differences, ensuring they all end up in the chopstick recycling bin.
