Maintenance of commercial dishwashers mainly includes three aspects: daily cleaning, regular maintenance and long-term maintenance.
Daily cleaning
Internal cleaning: After each use, the washing tank, filter and nozzle inside the dishwasher should be cleaned. The washing tank should be wiped with a damp cloth to remove food residues and detergent residues; the filter should be removed and cleaned every day to ensure that there is no blockage; the nozzle should be regularly disassembled and rinsed to remove blockages.
External cleaning: Wipe the body of the dishwasher with a damp cloth regularly to remove dust and stains. For dishwashers with stainless steel shells, special stainless steel cleaners can be used for wiping.
Check key components: Check whether the water level and water temperature sensors are working properly, ensure that the water level is within the appropriate range, and the water temperature can reach the set cleaning temperature; check whether the tableware is placed correctly to avoid placing too much or too dense tableware, which will affect the cleaning effect.
Regular maintenance
Lubricate parts: Lubricate the motor and transmission parts regularly to reduce wear. Check and lubricate the door shaft and pulley every month to ensure smooth opening and closing of the door.
Drainage system: Check the drainage pipes monthly, remove blockages, and ensure smooth drainage. Check the sealing and flexibility of the drain valve every quarter to prevent water leakage.
Heating system: Check the connection lines of the heating elements every month to see if they are loose or damaged, and repair them in time. For dishwashers with drying functions, it is also necessary to check whether the vents of the drying system are unobstructed.
Spray system: Check the rotation of the spray arm regularly to ensure that it can rotate normally. If it is found that the spray arm cannot rotate or rotates unsmoothly, it needs to be cleaned or replaced in time.
Detergents and additives: Choose appropriate detergents and additives according to the stains on the tableware, and avoid using too much detergent to cause residue on the tableware.
Long-term maintenance Replace worn parts: As the use time increases, some parts of the dishwasher will wear out, such as conveyor belts, gears, etc., and need to be replaced regularly.
Calibrate sensors: Calibrate temperature and pressure sensors regularly to ensure that the water temperature is accurately controlled and the water pressure meets the cleaning requirements.
Professional maintenance: Have professionals check electrical components such as motors, heating elements and control panels every six months or a year to ensure they are functioning properly and prevent safety hazards.
